A pause can matter more than a paragraph. A contradiction can be the centre of a life. The first answer is rarely the real one - it's the rehearsed one, the polite one, the version told so often it stopped meaning anything. The work begins before the first line: in the question asked twice, in the detail someone mentions and immediately moves past.
Find the emotional centre.
Hindi and English. Poetry and prose. Personal and commercial. The form changes with the occasion - a vow, a life book, a founder's manifesto - but the job stays the same: find what the story is actually about, and write it in language the reader feels before they finish the first line.

Before RDC Unsaid, Rancchod spent nearly two decades in research, consumer insight and consulting, interviewing people across categories, life stages and cultural contexts and turning fragmented testimony into patterns, decisions and narratives. That training shapes the studio: the work begins with questions, evidence, pauses, contradictions and the emotional detail people almost edit out.
Interviews are structured enough to recover chronology and detail, but open enough to find the story beneath the rehearsed version.
The form may be a poem, letter, memoir, literary portrait or founder narrative. The voice is chosen for the person and the moment.
