The rules beside the words.
A single, readable home for contributor rights, originality, commissions, privacy, licensing, complaints and removal.
The legal library
These pages are designed to be read separately, but they work together as one operating framework.
Clear rules for words that matter
RDC Unsaid has three kinds of relationship: visitors who read, contributors who publish, and clients who commission writing. Each relationship carries different rights and responsibilities. This hub brings the relevant terms into one visible place.
RDC Unsaid is the public-facing name of a literary studio operated from India. For a paid project, the legal contracting party, tax details and billing address are identified in the accepted quotation or invoice. General notices and grievances may be sent to rdc@rdcunsaid.com.

When these terms become binding
- Using the website means accepting the Website Terms.
- Creating a member account requires acceptance of the Submission Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Publishing a piece requires a fresh originality declaration and confirmation of the publication licence.
- Sending a commission request does not itself create a paid contract. A project begins only when the written scope is accepted and the required advance or payment is received.
- Commercial rights or copyright assignment apply only when they are expressly set out in a written rights schedule.
RDC Unsaid records the policy version, date and technical acceptance details for required checkboxes. This protects contributors, clients and the studio from later uncertainty about which terms applied.
A visible route, not an inbox maze
Reports about public writing, privacy or service conduct are handled through a defined process.
Complaint and grievance process
Send a complaint through the relevant report form or email rdc@rdcunsaid.com with the page URL, the issue, your contact details and any supporting material. RDC Unsaid aims to acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within seven days where the matter is within its control. Urgent complaints involving intimate imagery, impersonation, direct threats or unlawful disclosure are prioritised.
The website may temporarily hide content while a credible complaint is reviewed. A temporary restriction is not a finding of wrongdoing.
Nothing in these policies removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable copyright, privacy, consumer or other law.
One address for legal and rights questions
State whether the issue concerns a member submission, a commission, privacy, payment or another matter. Include the relevant URL or project reference.
