Not an invitation. The story of two people, written properly and printed to last.
Your wedding invitation will survive in a drawer if it is lucky. Your story deserves a better chance. I speak to the two of you, follow the accidents, embarrassments, distances, choices and strange private logic by which two separate lives became one shared history, then write it as a relationship story and shape it into a printed book.
This is not a personalised template with names inserted. It is a piece of literature about two specific people. Long after the flowers, playlists and table plans are gone, the story should still know exactly who you were.
How we work
- You reach out. Share the photograph, the person, the situation or the fragment - as much or as little as you can bear to. There is no correct brief.
- We agree the scope. Before anything is written, we settle what the piece is, its length and its intention. The commission is confirmed with a 50% advance.
- I write. The work is made for you alone, delivered within 6–8 weeks after both interviews. One considered revision is included so the words land exactly where they should.
Scope & confidentiality
Every commission begins with an agreed scope - what will be written, its length, its tone and its purpose - so there are no surprises on either side. Nothing is begun before that scope and the advance are settled together.
What you share stays private. Your story, your materials and the finished writing are treated as yours alone and are never published, resold or used elsewhere without your explicit, written consent. Where a commission is anonymous by design, that anonymity is protected without exception.
