02 / 30  ·  Personal commissions

A recurring private correspondence, original poems and letters written for you, arriving quietly.

Some people do not need one poem. They need language to keep finding them. This is a private correspondence for those who want original poems and letters to arrive across their life, written from the conversations, seasons, silences and small revelations we gather along the way. Nothing mass-produced.

Nothing recycled into somebody else's story. A quiet literary rhythm, made for one person. Because occasionally the right words should not be searched for, requested again or stumbled upon by chance. They should know where you live.

How we work

  1. You reach out. Share the photograph, the person, the situation or the fragment - as much or as little as you can bear to. There is no correct brief.
  2. We agree the scope. Before anything is written, we settle what the piece is, its length and its intention. The commission is confirmed with a 50% advance.
  3. I write. The work is made for you alone, delivered within first piece within 7 working days. One considered revision is included so the words land exactly where they should.

Scope & confidentiality

Every commission begins with an agreed scope - what will be written, its length, its tone and its purpose - so there are no surprises on either side. Nothing is begun before that scope and the advance are settled together.

What you share stays private. Your story, your materials and the finished writing are treated as yours alone and are never published, resold or used elsewhere without your explicit, written consent. Where a commission is anonymous by design, that anonymity is protected without exception.

Before you commission

The practical details, without making you decode the poetry.

The literary opening tells you what the service feels like. These answers tell you exactly how it works, what is delivered and where the boundaries sit.

What is this service?

A recurring private correspondence of original poems and letters created for one reader over time.

Who is it for?

People who want an ongoing literary ritual, a long-distance emotional thread, or regular writing tied to a relationship, season or personal chapter.

What will I receive?

The first commissioned piece followed by two original pieces each month, according to the rhythm and format agreed during onboarding.

How does the interview or briefing work?

The first conversation establishes voice, emotional territory, boundaries and recurring themes; later pieces can draw on periodic prompts or updates.

What information or material should I prepare?

Preferred language, themes, important dates, people or memories, examples of what feels true to you, and subjects that should remain outside the work.

How long does it take?

The current typical delivery window shown for this service is First piece within 7 working days; then 2 pieces / month. Timing begins after the agreed interview and source material are complete.

What does it cost?

The current listed fee is ₹7,500. 50% to begin. Any change in length, research, number of interviews, urgency, design or commercial rights is agreed before additional work begins.

How many revisions are included?

One included. Revision is for factual, tonal or emphasis adjustments within the accepted brief; a different audience, form or central direction may require a new scope.

How is confidentiality handled?

Private material is used only for the agreed commission. RDC Unsaid does not publish, quote, reuse or turn the work into a portfolio example without explicit written permission.

Who owns and may use the final writing?

The finished work is supplied for the use agreed in the commission. Personal sharing is normally part of that purpose; public, commercial, adaptation and attribution rights should be recorded in the accepted scope or agreement.

When might this not be the right service?

It is not the same as daily instant messaging or unlimited on-demand writing; the subscription follows an agreed creative cadence.
